With family scattered around the world, Steve and Carole Eilertsen started this blog to keep everyone updated on our news here in South Africa.
Stephen Carl Eilertsen is the grandson of the late Sigrid Eilertsen (nee Pettersen) and late Carl Johan Eilertsen who immigrated to South Africa from Norway at the turn of the century. Carl was from Strommen Westeraalen, Norway and was born 28 June 1872. Sigrid was born in Norway 21 June 1899.
